Totally damaged
When the installation people.opened the package the bed was totally damaged . Still struggling to return to get the refund

The product was damaged
The product arrived as per the schedule and the person who was supposed to assemble the bed also arrived as per the schedule but when we opened the box the products was damaged! We have initiated a return request and waiting for the products to be picked up

The finishing is very nice and smooth. Looks strong, sturdy and elegant. All the parts fit in appropriately and easy to assemble with 2 ppl. Seller was easily approachable for any queries and helpful for delivering on time and on requested date. Overall nice and worthy product.

Broken one
Delivered a head board which was broken into two pieces

Quality of wooden headboard not very sturdy
The headboard wood and top of headboard is very weak the piece started cracking at the nail points very easily even with the slightest weight applied . Please use better stronger material for these sections.

The bed is good and the fit and finish is good also the way this bed gets assembled in very less time and the storage is good.Overall finishing of the bed is good. I ordered it for my other bedroom and it fits perfectly in without covering much space of the room.
