I like this design of noise control as I dislike having to insert ear plugs deep into my ears before they are effective. These reasonably do the job by just clipping them over my ear canals. They press themselves into place by their springy plastic head band. Certainly not 100% noise isolation, but a good improvement over nothing and with good ease of use. I haven't yet tried them for long periods so can't comment whether they become uncomfortable. But I only need them for a couple of hours at a time so should be OK. I think they look OK so as not to be embarrassing to wear. They look like headphones. I'd prefer black rather than the garish green and blue, but maybe others see this colour combo' as 'cool'.

These work if you yam them in. The neck shoelace came out from the smallest of movements and the product fell the workshop floor which covered the foam ear buds in all sorts of crap, basically rendering it one time useful product. Do yourself favour and buy a cheap multipack or a more expensive Bluetooth music one <--- Xmas prezzie for me.

These are great if you’re taking them in and out your ears and want to leave them hanging round your neck. Noise cancellation is average for plugs, although prolonged or heavy noise I use ear defenders. One downfall and this is purely the design, when the band rubs against your beard or stubble it creates the most annoying scratching sound through to your ears! Not much can be done about this, you’ll be fine if you’re super smooth I guess. Overall a decent product and I still use them from time to time.

I find these more comfortable than over the ears defenders, maybe not quite as effective but theyvwork well enough for me. The cord supplied is nothing more than a green shoe lace, I would not pay extra for this version if reordering.
