Impressed with the depth, they seem strong enough but have not used so unable to comment on durability.

Thank you, Nigella, for teaching me that you don't have to spend hours scrubbing oven trays in order to produce a delicious roast dinner!These trays come with foil lids (I haven't cooked with the lid on yet) in a big stack of 12. My estimation is that they're marginally smaller than a typical (cleanable) oven tray, but with far less fuss and bother, really.I've only cooked once with these so far - a roast dinner that saw meat, potatoes and parsnips all go into the tray, and come out spectacularly well. It's a little higher on the sides than I'm used to, but that seemed to have no impact on the cooking and otherwise minimised oil splashes as cooking continued. Finally, once all was done, it was easy to gather up the juices and transfer them for a gravy - though to remember they're made of foil and, as such, the more weight in the bottom, the flimsier the sides will want to be! I'll put a baking tray under it the next time, to help support the shape when lifting out.I reckon you could get a seriously impressive lasagna or pasta bake into one of these that would easily feed 6 - 8 people, and with the lid to go on top, it would be ideal for freezer cooking, perhaps. I'll give it a go and leave a comment sometime in the future.For the price, I'm really very happy with these trays - less than £1 each, which I'm still pleased means I'll get to avoid all that scrubbing 11 more times.

The product itself was great for keeping things warm, needed it for a family party. However, the postage price seems massive considering the item was so light. I paid over £10 for immediate delivery as it was such short notice, then saw on the email sent it was second class post and then when I finally got a delivery date, it did not turn up on that day, but the day after. Will hold lots of food, but you need to hold underneath if the food items are heavy.
