A Rapesco product, good build quality, reliable and worth the money

Used to staple padded leather onto MDF board, which it managed effortlessly. None of the Staples needed hammering flat, though I'm not sure whether this will be the case with hardwood. The staple gun itself is all metal which gives it a reassuring weightiness, and suggests it will be durable. It is easy to load Staples when you know how (the instructions could have been clearer), and the trigger mechanism doesn't require too much pressure which makes it comfortable to use for longer periods. There are cheaper staple guns, but I'd be surprised if they performed consistently as this one.

I did a lot of review searching before purchasing this staple gun. As this one had a good set of reviews and was manufactured in Sweden I thought it was worth a punt. I was not disappointed. This staple gun was slightly smaller than expected which makes it easy to use. It is very well constructed. I also ordered staples from the same supplier and on first use the stapler gave excellent results. I am glad I took the time to research this before buying. Highly recommended.

It is really strong an solid. I have gone through most of the staples pack. Unfortunately, I bought it to staple together cardboard to make a cat scratching tower, and it is not good for that. Staples are not long enough. But shoots into plywood with no problem for an example :)

Fantastic stapler, heavy duty

Durability: bought 2 of these Rapid Heavy Duty Manual Staple Gun PRO R23 as thought they would be more durable than the plastic versions of rapid staplers . One of the staplers that I received on 29th May 25 lasted just over a month when it failed on 11th July 25. the spring inside it rattles about as it has become disconnected, only used for stapling paper to cardboard.

Bonjour, Nous utilisons cette agrafeuse dans notre activité commerciale au quotidien depuis plus de 40 ans ! L'usure l'a mise à la retraite. Mais comme tout indépendant, la pension sera pour plus tard. Nous venons d'en acquérir une nouvelle, nos petits-enfants l'utiliseront sans doute encore. Dites-moi quoi ? À tantôt.

AWESOME! One of the best hand tools I've ever had. It arrived just 2 days ago (plus a box of Rapid 5/16" staples) and I've already installed more than 60 ft of speaker wiring, stapled about 1 per ft to ceiling and baseboard pine molding, and even a few into oak. NOT ONE failed staple! Compared with other staplers: you don't have to push down; just squeeze the trigger; and there's no recoil. I even tested it into the smooth side of Masonite (about the hardest wood product there is), where the staples at least went halfway: most staplers won't even try. You get what you pay for!
