While the handle is comfortable to hold, the scoop itself is not properly designed to scoop out frozen ice cream (usual state when taken out of refrigerator). It’s just about okay. Not worth the price, in my view. Not sure about the durability as just bought.

Works well, feels solid, not concerned with it breaking anytime soon. Only thing to note is it does slightly fill with water via the cap at the end in the dishwasher or if it's handwashed, no real issue though.
