Amgate Grilling Basket Barbecue Turner BBQ Roast Folder Tool with Wooden Handle

Simple basic grilling basket for BBQs.I've had two of this smartly styled wooden handled basket for over fifteen years and only just had to replace them due to wear and tear.I don't know if they actually are the same brand as my old ones but they are virtually identical.The 4 star rating is because the sliding retainer which holds the two halves of the basket together was loose on both the new ones I purchased, but it was nothing that a pair of pliers couldn't fix in a few seconds.Will have to wait 15 years to see if these last as long as the last ones!

Bought as a gift. Was impressed by the look and the quality. Cannot comment on use as it wasnt for me but the receiver seemed very happy with it

Not impressed .. hinge broke one side very quickly - then the other side broke after I repaired it. Too long to fit in dishwasher so manual clean each time. Food falls out of it regularly on bbq - not impressed at all

Have not used it yet, but is good quality, sturdy and a good size. looking forward to bbq with it soon.

The hinge rings are far too small to hold thicker items such as sausages.

Please do not buy this grilling basket it is not safe for food. I bought this grill because of its price however when I opened the parcel the grilling basket was chipping off and I could see it was copper coated to look like iron.I would have problem using it for another construction but not for anything grilling food. Please avoid this product.

This would have been a five star item had there been a bit more play in the folding...i.e. if the item to grill is on the thick side, the slide slips off. Aside from that, it is fit for purpose and cleans well.
