Beautiful design but the app doesn't connect with the bracelets claiming no internet connection. So I can charge these pretties as much as I like and they shine when at it but doesn't do the job they're intended to do.

Easy to pair, long life battery .Good stuff . Bit of expensive but this is a very good gift for couple.

Beautiful idea and beautiful bracelets.We’ve had issues with my partners bracelet which just never seems to work. We’ve followed all instructions, we keep the app open and check in to the app regularly to make sure it’s still open.He just never gets my taps.It’s such a same because we spent a lot of money and have followed all instructions down to the letter.

Looks great but the supporting app is very poor. Crashes, totwoo doesn't work for one of us and disappointed with the value spent. I would avoid it and will be returning.

, and the app , doesn't stay connected I the background, it has to be running , but that's okay..Please help me in fixing or replacing my faulty item. , I'm happy to return any parts to you at my cost .Just annoyed , everything I've bought for my new partner so far has broken... bad sign ? Easy to set up, holds charge well. Husband and I wouldn't be without them now

I don't usually rate products because I rarely have any problems... But today I'm a little dissatisfied with the product I gave my husband, which is considered a type of jewelry... The battery doesn't even last 3 days... His lasts a day and then asks to be charged again... and it disconnects from the product every time... We bought it because he currently lives in Brazil and I don't live in Ireland and we celebrated 17 years together... so it was supposed to be a super gift... The idea is great but at times it doesn't do what it says.
