First of all, the case does fit the iPhone 14 pro, it is waterproof/ sand proof, and the lanyard is great. The touch screen and silent/ ring feature works very well…So I give it 3 stars for doing what you need it to do.But here is what you need to know… it’s REALLY hard to put on.. I planned to use for my weekly beach trips, but ended up leaving it on because of that reason. But then I learned this….Unless you use AirPods or headphones, if you answer your phone.. NO ONE CAN HEAR YOU. I open the charger port plug and talk loud my directly into it. Nope, barely hear me. Improvement for the company- 1. make it easier to put on. Took my husband and I tugging and pulling at it to get it to seal. 2. Make the bottom area that opens to charge larger to open where the microphone is so you can have a conversation… on your phone. Then it would be a 5 for me.

I liked the case initially, but unfortunately, less than 2 months later, the seal for the power port came off meaning that the whole thing is not waterproof and wont work properly. Disappointed and frustrated at wasting money on this

Fits well and keeps phone safe. Issue is the vibration sound when talking or listening on phone makes it irritating.

Phone has not gotten wet and works great in the water

I like it because protect my phone , I dropped it a couple times and tanks to this case it’s not broken or scratch ,if you was thinking on buying it ,get it you we’ll be thankful you did it , and safe some money on a screen replacement trust me 😊
