Hi, this is a hair cream which leaves your hair slightly damp depending on how much you use. I normally use this after I have washed my hair or at night to add moisture.

Yes it does strengthen your hair but you also need a good hair care routine. Using a good leave in Conditioner after you have washed your really helps. Hope this is useful.

Hi Donna. No I don't. It's a bit like a cream. So I usually part hair put some in scalp to get to roots and then I brush it through my hair to coat whole heat then style or plait etc
