It is one of the most versatile tools I have ever seen

I have bought several overly priced dremels over my lifetime. And the reality is, they are good high quality products that last many years. But I finally decided to buy a "cheap" rotary tool just to see how it performs. The short is this is not a dremel, but it works perfectly fine for my needs. It is quite powerful and can cut through just about anything I throw it at. You can also use your dremel attachments with it, which are certainly higher quality than the ones that come with this device (although they are still fine enough).My conclusion is, if you are a hobbyist that needs a rotary tool for basic needs, this will suit you just fine. If you need it for constant use and every bit of cutting power, then it should also be fine but it's probably ideal to buy the more expensive brand.

It works great just remember to go it projects slow

What I liked about this rotary tool was the price and that it was delivered fast. I think it will come in handy for light duty work in my shop. I do not like the chuck and chuck tool...they need to be of harder steel and engineered better IMO. The accessories are for small light duty projects and fine detail. Quality of wire wheels needs improvement and more quantity.

I bought this tool for a specific project in my workshop and it works well....but after about 8 weeks of work I encountered a problem with the housing on the flexible shaft. I contacted customer service by email to request a replacement for the broken part. I received a reply within 24 hours and was offered a refund or replacement. I opted for the replacement and that arrived ( a complete new set) in less than a week. I am super impressed with the service and support.....and happy to be back at work with my new tool.
