It’s not worth the hype, when you are in extreme migraine pain, you need it for at least 10-15 mins and sadly it cools down and comes to normal temperature in less than 5 mins. Not effective for people suffering from migraine. Can be used for mild headaches.

Many of the other caps I purchased claimed to offer 360° compression, 360° cooling, and thick gel, but in reality they only had a thin layer of gel, mostly on the front side. Its a little bit tight but it is Manageable. For fellow migraine sufferers, I would definitely recommend this one.
