Lost some hair after a surgery. Looked at the ingredients in an expensive hair loss product and found Nature's Bounty equivalent at lower price. I grew beautiful hair after 3 days! Nails grew also.

Simple. My nails were splitting two months ago when I started taking this supplement. Now they are not.

My 4-star review is simply based on my own preferences. I have used the gummies and the capsules, and prefer the gummies. I take a regimen of two a day and within the last few months switched to the capsules. The capsules have a strong smell and an unpleasant taste. Once I finish this bottle, I will go back to the gummies. With that said, my hair began thinning to the point where it was noticeable by friends and family. At the rate things were going, I was concerned that I could actually end up with bald spots. Within six months of taking these vitamins my hair began to thicken noticeably. (I also began using gentler treatments in washing and caring for my hair.) As a middle-aged woman, the entire routine is important... not just the supplements. However, I KNOW it was the supplements that made the difference because of how rapid I began to see change. Now, it has been a year and I have absolutely no hair thinning... and obvious thickness. I have faithfully taken two capsules a day without fail... and it works. There have also been significant improvements in my nails as well. This is the REAL DEAL.... My advice is to be consistent. Do before and after pictures. I wish I would have.... so that you could see how serious my situation was.

Work great. Nails and hair grow much faster. Haven’t noticed any difference in my skin. Doesn’t do anything for nail ridges but my nails are no longer brittle. Large pills but easy to swallow. Smell and taste are awful.
