Jungle Moc Nubuck, Men’s Loafers

I've been buying these for about 30 years now. They last about 10 years per pair in my experience. Supremely comfortable. Great for driving in, walking in. Well designed and well made.

These were my partner's first pair of Merrell's after a lifetime of wearing Cuban heels and cowboy boots and he loves them. Look great with black jeans.

Found these to be reasonably comfortable (a little stiff) and a little generous on fit (slightly loose - but not enough for a size change.) Quality seems quite good but I think the full asking price is too high and more to do with the Merrell brand hype - they are manufactured in China (as are many other leading brands)and for the full price would expect more expensive (not always better quality!!)European manufacture. That being said, the sale price was an absolute bargain and I am well pleased overall. Very convenient "slip-on"and light weight - can take a full days walking about town or a full day at the Art Studio doing "practical" stuff. Would certainly recommend them (providing they are not purchased at full price)!!

I was lucky enough to find a pair of these shoes in my size in a Debenham's sale for £18 about 3 years ago. As soon as I tried them on I loved them ... and I was right, they have been worn for 4 or 5 days a week ever since and have walked many a mile. They look good, they make my feet feel good and I really can't fault them - like a slipper on top with a worn-in walking boot sole underneath. Just bought my second pair as I've at last worn the soles through on the first pair and Amazon are currently selling them for £42 and if you subscribe to their clothing newsletter you get a one-off discount voucher for 20% off. Still double the price of my first pair but I would happily pay full price for these. Can't rate them highly enough, I can wear these shoes for 16 hours in a day and my feet still feel great. And as a diabetic I really do need good shoes. My feet are slightly on the wide side, but these fit just fine (sizing doesn't work for all Merrell shoes in this size though, just had to return some Rant shoes as they pinch a bit). I did try the Cotton Traders clones of these shoes, and even with the wide fitting I've never felt comfortable with them, by all means give the copies a try, but these are the the real deal. At least for me, the best shoe purchase ever made.

This is the 4th pair I've bought, They may seem a bit tight to start with but they will mould to your feet as the leather outer will stretch. I only bought these online as i could confirm my size. The sole is good and lasts a lot longer than other Merrel shoes that are more expensive with the Vibram sole. i wear these every day. good to wear with or without socks. get a suede brush and they will always look good. as they are a walking shoe hybrid so to speak i know they are good for my feet and have not had any foot issues such as the arches. they can be a bit slippery in the wet when the sole becomes slick. the shoe definitely out lives the sole, if it could be resoled, i'd have 4 pairs still.

I am on my 5th pair and have been wearing them for over a decade. They don't break, period. Since I wear them in all weather conditions, religiously doing 20k steps a day, every day, they become faded and ugly but still they never break. Then I get fed up and buy a new pair, throwing away the old one. Each pair lasted easily over 2 years. I wore a pair of Sketchers Go Walks and they were very light and comfy but were dead by the end of the first week. I drive in these as well (20k miles per year) and they withstand that abuse too. Looking for my 6th pair now. Update: Bought the 6th pair and put it away for wearing while visiting friends and family. The previously "good" pair is used as the "outdoors" pair for daily walks now and so the cycle continues.

These are so comfortable right out of the box and at this price are a real bargain. This is my second pair, my first set were worn daily for dog walking and have lasted really well. So easy to slip on and when they were new look pretty smart. After a couple of years the heel has worn a little, they look a bit tatty but they are still in daily use. I now have a smarter pair for going out! Swift delivery and excellent service.

For this color, no one had any size 13, which is my true fit, so I ordered a size 14, so hence why it's a tad loose. This is my 3rd pair (3 different colors). Love them.

Took a bit to break in. The firm arch felt a little uncomfortable at first but after wearing them a few times they are very comfortable. Would buy again.

Great comfortable slip on shoes

The most comfortable shoes known to mankind are Merrell. Right out of the box, they're perfect. You don't need months for them to stretch out or break in. And all of the styles remain classic and you can wear them with anything. These shoes look great with jeans or with dressier slacks. Even wore them to Six Flags and had no issues walking around in them all day. MOST COMFORTABLE SHOES EVER.
