Excellent Insoles
This is proving excellent support to my lower limbs and can really feel the benefits of wearing the insole. I look forward to the full results after wearing the insole over a long period of time.

Not great
My teen daughter’s ankles over pronate. It’s starting to cause pain in her ankles, knees and hips. Her orthopedic Dr. recommended these, but they don’t seem to help. He said that it would raise her arch to where her ankle would straighten out, but they don’t do that. Instead, they just make her feet hurt worse without correcting the alignment to make her other joint pain go away. Expensive mistake, but we’ll keep looking.
