Good quality Attractive Like it shows temperature

Son got this for a fridge type use in dorm due to size. He only wanted drinks to be cold and space seemed ample. It’s a little loud when cooler working. The bright blue LED temp on front needed a cover to avoid the entire dorm being lit up at night. Seems to be chugging along after a full term.

It's the perfect size wine cooler that fits under our desk. Holds temp well for red wine. Would recommend

I do not recommend purchasing NewAir products based on my recent experience. I purchased a NewAir wine refrigerator less than a year ago, and the unit began exhibiting significant issues, including excessive condensation and ice accumulation on the back interior panel. After submitting a warranty claim, NewAir’s customer service team initially informed me that the entire unit required replacement due to a potentially defective temperature sensor. Despite providing all requested documentation including valid order confirmations and invoices directly from Amazon. NewAir later denied the replacement, stating that the documents did not pass their verification process. This effectively implied that the receipt was fraudulent, an assertion I find both inaccurate and concerning. At this point, I am left with a NewAir cooler that is less than a year old, is not functioning properly, and I have not received the level of customer support or warranty service that should reasonably be expected. I believe NewAir should honor its warranty commitments and resolve this matter appropriately. Unfortunately, based on this experience, even one star feels overly generous.

It’s a nice fridge it’s just super loud and so if you have it in a rum where you’re chatting with people and you’re trying to have a nice ambience, it’s not for you

This is my third wine cooler!!! The first one was an Allavino which lasted only 5 years. Then bought Ivation model which only lasted 18 months. The Jury is still out on the Newair.

This cooler works differently from my other one. I put a thermometer inside and it does keep the set temperature steady, but the display shows big swings (like 41–56°F when set at 56°F) depending on how hard the compressor works. That might confuse people without a separate thermometer. It runs quietly and was a good deal on sale. I took off one star because the two stands (one under the cooler on the left side and one under the door hinge on the right side) weren’t aligned, making it hard to balance at first. The seller explained it was the design and sent me an extra stand for the right side, which fixed the problem. I was able to put 16 bottles of 750ml sake inside this cooler. However, I don't think the cooler can fit 16 bottles of wine (the bottom of wine bottles are usually wider than sake bottles for the same volume).
