You wouldn't believe what small thing like this can do .There didn't appear to be anything wrong visually with the old one.Our cistern was taking about 30 minutes to fill after flushing.So after watching a YouTube video on our Syphon we ordered these.Fitted in minutes.The Syphon works like new, filling the cistern in less than a minute.Well impressed.Recommended.

Did what it was designed to do. Stops water spurting from the top of the refill and allow bottom fill.
