Most people seem to think it is genuine but the occasional person thinks it is a fake. I ordered a bottle from John Lewis, even thought is cost twice as much so I could compare for one and for all. I have examined every minute bit of the bottle, packaging, label on bottom of bottle and if it is a fake it is brilliant because I can't spot the tiniest difference. I then put one squirt of this one on one wrist on one squirt of the other one on the other wrist and after hours of sniffing couldn't see any difference at all between the two and they look identical in the bottle.
