My cats and dogs absolutely love this! The app works very well, it gives me a notification every time my pets drink water how long they were there and how much they drank. It is extremely quiet honestly can’t hear it at all over the noises of the refrigerator. It was very easy to set up it only took about 15 minutes the only problem I would say is that you have to change the filters every 14 days and I’m not sure how much they cost but that could be an issue and so far it seems to hold water very well and I haven’t had to change it yet and it is very nice that you can lift it up without removing the base unlike other water fountains you have to unplug it every time you want to fill it up or clean it so not having to do that is very nice. The size is also well it fits perfectly on one of the tiles in my kitchen so it’s not uneven and it looks nice

I’ve tried other fountains before and became discouraged and went back to regular bowls. With how busy I am now with a new baby I decided to try again and really tried to find a good one. So far so good with the Pet Libro. I think I may have found the one. It fits a great amount of water for my 3 small dogs. It is very quiet. The tank separates from the base so no dealing with wires when refilling/cleaning. The app is surprisingly very good. It tells you every time your pet drinks and how much if you want. It tells you the water level. It reminds you when to clean or change the filter and allows you to determine how often you want to do that. Cleaning is also much more straightforward than other ones I’ve had. The packaging it arrived in was also very “apple-esque”. It feels high-end and carefully put together.

These PETLIBRO replacement filters fit my Dockstream fountain perfectly and are super easy to install. I appreciate that each filter is individually packaged, making them convenient to store and use when needed. The multi-layer filtration does a great job keeping the water clear, fresh, and free of hair and debris, which gives me peace of mind that my cat is getting clean water every day. Since replacing the filters regularly, the fountain continues to run smoothly, and my cat seems to drink more water. Hasn’t given me problems app works and it’s cute easy to clean and put back together barely gets dirty overall and easy to work app that tells when you have to clean and replace filters I have two cats and it’s holding up very well!

I’ve been really happy with the PETLIBRO Upgrade Cat Water Fountain so far. It’s easy to set up, runs quietly, and my cat started using it right away. I like that it keeps the water flowing and fresh, which definitely encourages more drinking. The design is simple and easy to clean, and the water level window is a nice touch so you can quickly see when it needs refilling. The filters do a good job keeping the water clean, but I’ve noticed I prefer to wash the fountain itself a bit before the full two-week filter cycle—usually toward the end of that period just to keep everything extra fresh. Overall, it’s a great fountain that works well and looks nice too. Definitely a solid upgrade from a regular water bowl.

This is a great fountain that both my dog and cat enjoy. It’s sleek and modern, I love that the part they drink from is stainless steel. I’ve had this a few months and no complaints so far. It’s very quiet; I have this in my bedroom and I’m a very light sleeper and have misophonia so I don’t play about sounds. But I forget it’s there sometimes it’s so quiet. The app is also great I love being reminded to fill it and change the filter. My friend also has this fountain for her kitties and she loves it too. Petlibro has a lot of great products, I also have one of their automatic feeders and love it!!

I had an older version of Petlibro cat fountain, which my cat liked. I have extremely hard water, so the pump would get hard water deposits crusting it over. I saw this new one was pumpless and easier to clean (yay!) and had a stainless steel top where the cat drinks from. So I wanted to try it. I liked that I could still use all the filters I had stocked up. It holds more water than the previous version. I didn’t think I’d really care about the smart features and the app, but I really love them. I like seeing a message on my phone when I wake up saying that my sweet fur baby has had a drink at 4am. It is high quality construction and very easily connected to my home wi-fi. I was worried it would be loud, since it is pumpless, but it’s super quiet. I have it in the living room and can’t even hear it when sitting near by. I wondered if my skittish fur ball would take to a new fountain, but the pictures included show she investigated right away and drank from it. She only drank from this new version, clearly preferring it over the older one. This one makes the water ripple more in the top pan, which she really likes. I’m happy that the stainless steel top where she drinks can be cleaned even easier. It is very convenient that you can use it both cordless and plugged in. I am running mine plugged in so the moving water catches my cat’s attention. You will love the “lift away” design for easy cleaning and refilling without dragging cords behind you to the kitchen. The photos included of the app are without paying for the subscription - all free. I love what the subscription with the app offers, but I’m trying to keep down on subscription costs in general. I love Petlibro products and with this new fountain, they’ve knocked it out of the park - delivering on their standard quality with upgrades that my furball and I can use.

My petlibro dockstream 2 fountain stopped pumping water because the impeller became stuck and broke when trying to remove. It periodically stopped pumping but would resume after I checked the impeller. I cleaned it every 2 weeks as instructed and replaced filters, yet it still had slimy and crusty buildup - even when filled with filtered water. Very disappointed in that fountain, especially when I came to find that I cannot order a replacement impeller or a replacement reservoir from the website - at least not in any way that I could easily find. I only had it for 7 months and expected more for the price. It was great when it worked, ran very quietly, and the app tracking was a lifesaver for reminding me to refill and clean the fountain. Being able to simply lift the reservoir off the base for cleaning was convenient as well. I just wish I could order replacement parts. If Petlibro makes some more robust design improvements and maybe be a little more clear with instructions on how to fully clean the fountain (had to look on YouTube to find out I could remove the pump housing to clean the impeller), I would consider trying them again in the future, but for now I will be trying my luck with another brand.

We had the Petlibro app monitoring water fountain and the automatic dry food feeder with camera for a year and a half now. Both products have worked very well for us and our cat. Have been getting their replacement filters for the fountain. From a recent replacement filter package I was shocked to find out that some of the black filters would not fit in the pump. Tried many times but could not figure it out. Called Petlibro Customer Service and the rep explained to me that they have updated the pump to a new design and what i got was a different size filter hence it did not work in the old pump. They would send me a new pump so I can use the new size filters. Very happy with their customer service. They addressed my concern and was very customer focused.

Great and needed piece obviously but too expensive They are taking the p**** with their prices as you need to use a lot of filters so very costly

It has a noticeable difference with the ones sold on their official website. The black filter is square instead of rectangular, hence smaller than needed and does not cover the entire pump intake, the white filter also has a noticeable less material within it, with no visible carbon inside but just a small sponge. Go to the official site and don’t waste your money here.
