great just the job

I purchased the unit to power a Shoreline fridge from the mains on my narrowboat. I did check that the fridge is fitted with a Danfoss DB35F compressor - which is compatible with this unit. The first unit lasted 18 months and then stopped working. I purchased a replacement from Amazon, this lasted 6 weeks and has been replaced under warranty. We will see how this goes. A the end of the day, this unit costs approximately £40, compared to the official Shoreline external regulator / rectifier which costs somewhere in the region of £180. If this replacement unit fails after the warranty period has expired, I may have to bite the bullet and buy the Shoreline unit - I suppose it depends on how long I intend to keep the fridge / narrowboat.Summary: Works well while it works. Not sure about life expectancy - hence 3 stars.

Works very well, but EU plug not expected. Good job I have an adapter. It might have been stated when I ordered but I didn't notice. I just expect an English plug when ordered for an English address. Good product, my second, first one (with English plug) stopped working when dropped.

Fonctionne très bien pour alimenter un réfrigérateur dometic crx50 avec le 220v d'une batterie autonome.

L ho acquistato perche sul mio camper non ho un frigo trivalente ma uno a compressore...ma purtroppo la centralina è un po vecchiotta e ogni volta che attaccavo il camper alla corrente dellw.colonnina il frigo non partiva ma si spegneva coai ero costretta a lasciarlo attaccato alla batteria ma d estate il carcabatteria si surriscaldava...cosi appena visto ho pensato di acquistarlo...funziona meravigliosamente...quando mi fermo e attacco la 220 il frigo stacca dopo 10 seco di riparte e si allinea alla 220v....spettacolare...anche ad agosto usato fisso in campwggio per 5 giorni sempre attaccato...non ai è mai surriscaldato...ottimo acquisto...lo consiglio senza ombra di dubbio
