I've been using vinegar to clean my shower screen, but it makes the whole bathroom smell and isn't very effective as it just runs down the screen rather than sitting on it. The Bower stuff was much better. There's no need for a spray bottle. I put washing up gloves on and then put the liquid direct from the pouch onto a washing up sponge scrubber and wiped it onto the screen. It foamed up slightly, didn't drip or run and stayed in place. I left it whilst I applied more product to the basin taps, then wiped it off with a damp microfibre cloth. I was very impressed with the result and delighted that there was no noticeable smell. Having read another review which mentioned a sticky residue, I tested for this, but in my case there was no stickiness or residue left after wiping off with a damp cloth.I then tried it on the kitchen sink and this time took before and after photos. It's hard to get a decent photo of something reflective, but the taps came out all shiny. The actual sink and draining area didn't clean up so well. I had to do a second application and scrub, and they're still not as shiny as the taps but I think they're a different material.Overall I am very pleased with performance. The price seems expensive compared to other options, but I'm hoping it will last a long time. You certainly don't get through so much when you apply it with a sponge rather than spraying it and you can get it exactly where you want it, eg the underneath of taps. The pouch stands up on its own in the cupboard and it has a screw top lid so there;s no need to decant it into a spray bottle.It seems strange that something that is supposed to be safe for the environment carries warnings about skin and eye irritation, but it certainly doesn't smell of chemicals and it's easy enough to wear washing up gloves whilst using it.

Last batch wasnt heavily scented in any way - so unsure about other comments. Does exactly as advertised and very happy with clean up on our shower room area. Can certainly recommend on that front. If anything - just a bit pricey - but at least it delivers good performance.

Managed to salvage some and used it works perfectly. Just disappointing that it arrived damaged and left on my doorstep like this

Recommended for tarnished and lime stain taps.Just to say I live in a new build house just 2 years now and the taps are horrendous with build up of lime and badly tarnished, no matter what cleaning products I use eg cream cleansers and bleach etc, but none worked , a neighbour recommended this and what a massive improvement on taps and used on glass shower screen.Seems pricey but worth it .Thanks

I have just blitzed my bathroom, I have never removed so much limescale with so little effort. Nice packaging and the refil envelope included is a great touch. I’m now going to look at their other products. Who knew cleaning could be this much fun, oh and smells great too!* UPDATE - Well I’ve now discovered a rubbish downside, after using on my teenage sons bathroom which was really grim, I realised that it isn’t that great after all. my initial euphoria has worn off, my own bathroom was obviously less limescale infested than my sons so cleaned easily. But the worst bit is it leaves a sticky residue behind which is really hard to remove… so I won’t be buying again.

I really wanted this to be the product I have been looking for. Especially as I live in a very hard water area and I am also a professional cleaner. But for me it didn’t quite live up to the hype and there are products out there that do a better job. I wasn’t overly keen on the smell, preferring the scent of method products but I love the idea of a refill rather than endless plastic packaging.

I bought it as a package with the cleaning bottle but the bottle leaks as u spray quiet a bit so u lose a lot of product I thought the smell would be better than it is it’s very potent and I thought it wouldn’t be strong like viakal etc

Forget the other limescale removers, this one has you covered. Even stubborn, built-up limescale is no match. Just apply, leave for 30 minutes and wipe away. For general maintenance, spray on and wait 5 minutes.
