Simple and Worked
Used for a DIY project to create a 1.8m shelf in my bedroom, and the 22mm Real Oak Veneer worked perfectly. Simply iron on, and it sticks to any straight edge. Additionally, applying a bit of steam made it malleable and worked around corners easily. Then stained with a walnut finish which matched the rest of my project perfectly.

Why did you choose this product over others?:Decent product. Could do with a bit more glue to ensure full adhesion though.

Shockingly variable quality
Sad to say this stuff is really variable. 2 out of 3 rolls I have had have been unusable. As some others have said it just splinters and tears even with the sharpest of edge trimmers. It's also finger jointed ever 600mm or so which is not acceptable. Woodpress really need to sort their quality control out as this will give them a bad name. Whilst others seem to have managed I wonder whether they were just using it full width and not attempting to trim.

Great colour match
I find this edging tape adheres very well and good to work with. The colour match was perfect for the doors I was working with. Need to be extra careful with the application and make sure the right heat and pressure is applied throughout.The next day delivery works great for me as you can plan ahead, especially for 'rush jobs' as this one was. The packaging was good too. Safe and solid.Overall a great service from The Real Wood Workshop and my 'go to place' for edging tape. Well done guys.

very mice oak trim, very light colour so perfect to be matched to any colour with stain (or keep natural, easy to apply with standard iron and trim with craft knife.

Brittle, splinters and splits even with a sharp trimmer knife. Best avoided.
Probably up there with the worst edge banding I've used. It is so brittle that it just splits and splinters no matter how sharp a trimmer knife you use. Leaving gouges and voids on the edges.I'm a furniture maker and have used many different brands of banding and edged well over 1000 panels in my time, but this was terrible. Of the 50m roll, about 10m was even remotely acceptable after trimmed. Had to remove all the rest.I gave it 2 stars as the adhesion was actually decent, with plenty of glue it melts nicely to both MDF and Plywood.The annoying thing is that I used about 75m of WoodPress Walnut edge banding a few months ago and it was spot on, hence I went for this with confidence it would be as good. Expensive mistake in the end.TLDR: Brittle, splits and probably best avoided.

Accurate and easy to apply
Works really well. First time using veneer but it's really easy since I've seen it been done hundreds of times on YouTube.

Sehr gut zu verarbeiten wenn man die Faserrichtung des Holzes beachtet, um bei der Entfernung des Überstunden keine Ausrisse zu produzieren. Kleber ist genügend aufgebracht, wodurch die Kante nach dem Aufbügeln gut haftet.
