First time going with grand purchase for a winter wear and seems to be on fair side.I usually wear L but bought XL … so that couple of wash dry cycles will get to L size eventually. But the quality seems to be good enough as not getting shrink much when compared with other brands. But other brands / fabric do shrink with wash dry cycles over the period of time and hence need to upsize.

the zipper on this product keeps breaking, yet the return window closed after a month. this coat is a piece of junk. what happened north face and what happened amazon? from a very unsatisfied customer

I'm not sure how many authentic products there are on here (cus theres a lot of fakes) but this seems legit enough. I mean, its warm and if you don't think about it possibly being a rip off then who is to know?
