Firstly let me set the record straight...the dropper does work... If you are trying to fill the entire dropper up you will be taking too much! It fills it for the correct dosage. If unsure get a syringe like the ones you get in children medicine and measure 2mls... I repeat do not try and fill the whole dropper you will be taking too much! This stuff is amazing and lasts forever...I've looked into it and you can take more than the dose it says on here so I take two droppers morning and night and it's lowered my heart rate and my stress readings and my sleep is deeper and I look forward to more great affects as I keep taking it . I highly recommend it

However, it made a noticeable difference. While I still felt nervous, I didn’t get caught up in the usual cycle of overthinking and stressing. I wasn’t completely free from nerves, but I felt much more present and less overwhelmed. The boost in confidence might not have come instantly, but I definitely felt calmer and more in control. It tastes like lemon, and while I did experience a slight bit of nausea for the first 10 minutes, that quickly passed. By the end, I realized I had made it through the interview with less stress than usual. I highly recommend this product – it won’t eliminate nerves, but it will help you manage them so you can perform more smoothly.

Dropper fills maybe a third of the way, no idea if this is whats needed or not but i take 2 as stated on the bottle. I now have my whole family on this supplement!!! Lets me get over stress much easier and an overall sense of relaxation. Couldnt recommend more.

Dropper doesn’t work. Unless you have 10 mins to waste everytime you want to take it. Useless. Doesn’t work.

I bought this because it helps balance my ADHD medication. We’ve been using it for 6 months(2nd time Purchasing) What I like most is it’s not another pill to take, easy flavor to put into any drink. Overall, I’d recommend this for anyone who wants a calming stress reducer that’s not another pill

Was originally introduced to L-Theanine through Guru energy drinks. I previously enjoyed other blends of Guru, with different caffeine sources, but particularly found myself to the theanine one they make. I noticed it really satisfied my craving for a focus-assisting beverage without making me feel as uppity as from coffee. Once I found this stuff, I tried it and immediately liked it. The flavour is mild and natural, citrus. There are no weird or unnecessary ingredients in it. I mix it with water and electrolytes. It feels exactly like the theanine from those gurus, except for 1/10th the cost. I have a heavy astigmatism and even with correction my vision is only 20/40. There is a noticeable increase in visual acuity if I have a 100mg+ serving. The only other substance I've had make a noticeable difference to my vision is psilocybin microdoses. I don't know how it works, but it's very pleasant. Additionally, it does provide a nice calming effect while giving me increased focus. There seems to be no drawback after a few weeks of use. I enjoy it in the evening as well and have been noticing myself getting deeper sleeps. I no longer crave any coffee after one in the morning, whereas I used to want several per day.

Really helps me get a good night sleep. I notice when I forget to take it.

I’m enjoying this product, as I wanted an easy way to take a lower dose before bedtime (about 100mg). It’s true that the dosing is imprecise because the dropper itself isn’t marked, but that’s not critical for me. The taste is like lemonade (made with stevia) and I really like it. It seems like a quality product.
