Amazing idea if it works for your cat
If you can get your cat to use this litter brilliant. We had always used wood chip cat litter so the change in texture appeared to be too much for our cat. Point blank refused to use the box. Back to the vets to try to get a urine sample. It is not too expensive if it does not work out. Be aware the amount of litter in this pack covered a small corner of a large cat tray . We bought 6 packs . I did try to put it round the edge of our usual cat litter but the wood chip did its job and absorbed all traces of urine

Does just what is says
My cat happily used this as litter. It took a lot of little pick-ups with the pipette to get a decent sized urine sample, but it's easy enough to use & none of the urine dropped anywhere it shouldn't be.Because of this kit, my vet could diagnose my cat with her Struvite Crystals. She's now getting better. Thank you.

Good for cat urine tests
The same kit your vet gives you at half the price. We were recommended to buy it online by our vet and it's great we can find it here. Makes it easy to collect our cat's urine for her ckd tests.

It works but...
Was recommended by the vet, i wasn't expecting such a tiny packet for the price. I ended up putting it a disposable foil oven tray and coaxing my cat to use it. It took week, and barely filled the urine sample container. No smell, some crystals transfered into the sample, not sure the outcome is due to the product or if theres a more affordable option of getting a sample....It did work and the pipette that came with it was very useful but I can't say I'd buy again. Definitely NOT value for money.

Kator non absorb cat litter with sample tube and syringe to put into tube just my cat didn’t like feel of beads has she has kidney issues fed her she had nice drink so went tray and used it so took sample to vet which told me no glucose but shows protein very easy to use
