Precut kinesio tapes save a lot of time in my clinic. These are ready to use " I " Strips. Glue is very good. One application on my patient lasted for 5 days in this humid climate , was very impressed with that. Good product easy to use

Provides good support to my shoulder muscle injury during my games. Also, support works for 2-3 days depending on how much the muscle is used or movements. Value for money. Just to mention one thing that while removing this tape, the adhesive actually is very sticky and sometimes painful to get it off the skin. I do rub oil on the tape but still hurting.

The glue in tape is not good. Very disappointed
