Inactive bacteria
The product arrived very quickly, great service. On arrival I did the 'milk test' with one of these and another brand. After 24 hours these were shown to be inactive. Sorry to give one star but the bottle I received simply didnt work.

Prebiotics are supposed to feed the good bacteria already in your gut
sadly there was no 'Iliked it' rating. I took these for years and they really helped with my IBS. But sadly when I went to re order, I saw that they have added a prebiotic to the tablets. Prebiotics are supposed to feed the good bacteria already in your gut. What they actually do is float around as an empty charbohydrate and make IBS much worse. So now, the only probiotic that used to help, I can't go back to. Thanks for making my IBS much worse and removeing a tiny strand of optimisum for me NOW foods!!

Waste of the greatest scale byAmazon
I can hardly believe that such a large box was used for two small boxes of tablets. Unbelievable waste!!

Didn't feel any different, but worth a try
I don't really know what to say. They were a good price, but I took the whole bottle (not at once lol one a day) and didn't notice any difference. I'm not really tempted to try more expensive brands, and have gone onto making my own kombucha and kefir, which is probably much better anyway.
