I’m so disappointed. My solar fountain has stopped working at only 2 1/2 months. I’ve bought different solar pumps before and they lasted a year, they were 1/3 the price. I thought this one would have lasted longer since the price was higher. Don’t buy it.

I so looked forward to receiving this birdbath bubbler. It arrived without all its parts. And no instructions. I had to go back online to the offer to review how to put it together, and determined that parts were missing. I am sending it back and getting a new one. I hope the new one is complete as I have not found anything else that meets my needs.Update-I received the second bubbler and it was just like the first. I did spend some time reviewing the parts and figured out how I could use it. Again, no instructions. And it was not exactly as pictured in the offer. But I was able to get it to work and am happy with the results. So I have updated my rating.Further update - I am changing my rating yet again. While it worked very nicely while it worked, it quit working in less than 4 months. The concept is wonderful, and I liked everything about how it worked, and the price was good. But it was junk in less than 4 months so not worth purchasing folks.

Don’t bother buying one it doesn’t last long. Worked great for a few weeks and it stops working. Was great while it lasted. Won’t ever be buying solar fountains again. Don’t waste your money unless you want to use it for a few weeks.

I but it on the ground, for an outside tortoise. So the water won’t be stagnant.Easy to assemble & works great.

It's tough to find an actual bubbler for birds that is sturdy. Unless you want to build your own and/or spend a bundle. Since our season is short - a long-term investment isn't smart - so we decided on this little fountain. It is much like many others in regards to basic pieces - fake rock/solar panel/various fountain effects via various attachments - all pretty much same quality. Average quality - but effective. Birds are attracted to the moving water - the only negatives: this little fountain requires regular cleaning of the filter device and solar panel must be manually redirected depending on your sun situation. Otherwise - it's just a fun little garden addition

This item comes with no instructions, so this is what I finally figured out after looking at the product photos on the listing:- The solar panel is NOT a battery—this item only works when the panel is in DIRECT SUNLIGHT.- That means it does NOT work when the sun is behind even the tiniest cloud, or some leaves, or is blocked by your head when you are trying to make the water not spray everywhere.- The little metal thing on the side of the pump must be submerged under water for the pump to operate.- It takes at least three seconds of PERFECT CONDITIONS for the pump to work: the pump must be submerged AND the panel must have the sun’s brightest rays shining directly on it FOR THREE SECONDS or nothing happens.- You need a fairly wide bowl, birdbath, tub, for this to not make a big mess. I have this centered in a low 18” diameter planter that I waterproofed and no matter what nozzle I use at least some water shoots outside the bowl. That may be okay aesthetically in situations that can handle moisture, but it means it is going to expel the water pretty fast, which will lower the waterline below the pump sensor and it’s going to stop working. That is if the sun is not behind a tiny cloud and it’s already not working.- It is cute and I really want to like it but this is not practical or reasonable for the price.- If you haven’t figured it out already, I am going to return this.

Works great! Easy set up. I originally bought this to put in a bird bath. Ended up using it to make a free standing fountain feature. I might get another one

Definitely not worth $42. No tubing to connect between the pump which should be suctioned down and the opening thru decorative rock. Ridiculous. Now I get to go buy tubing. Installed not two months ago and pump stopped. This thing sucks
