The product have some defects after using for 5 mins one of it part is come out and move in it last time after clicking the reset it repair automatically but this time it not working at all i am so dissatisfied with the product i have paid a lot of money for it and it a waste

replacement with a genuine, branded product
We use this product only occasionally during vacation periods, such as summer holidays. It is used only 2โ3 times a year. However, while using it recently, the product got burnt. When we took it to a local mixer repair technician for inspection, he informed us that the internal aluminium armature appears to be of poor quality/duplicate, while only a new outer body has been used. Considering the very limited usage of the product, this issue is unexpected. We request you to investigate the matter and arrange for a replacement with a genuine, branded product at the earliest.
