I’m on my second bottle, and I just HAD to write something about these gummies.I was having a really bad 2 months, I usually have anxiety but I went through some things that triggered REGULAR panic attacks. These gummies are pretty good if you want to get tired and sleep. They make me absolutely tired and sleepy. But when it comes to stress relief, no, I still feel stress. They also upset my stomach and give me diarrhea… but they’re good for sleeping.
