I have been suffering from nausea for quite a few months. I have been trying various gastro-resistants from supermarket and even my GP prescribed me some capsules but nothing has been effective. I ordered it to help with my digestive system. It has worked way better than my expectations. I do not have nausea, bloating and gastric problem since I have been taking it. It has improved my appetite as well. The capsules are easy to swallow. It is mentioned on the bottle that you can use 1-2 capsules a day. I have been taking only one a day and it has done a great job. I would definitely reorder it.

I was a little bit apprehensive about taking these only because on opening the clear seal on the bottle it seamed that the inner seal on the top of the bottle neck had been opened. (Picture 2). But because of the outer seal on the bottle I decided it may have happened whilst the screw top was being applied to the bottle.You have a 60 day supply of these capsules and they are gluten free and vegan. They have been certified organic, which is nice. This is the reason I've given them 4 stats only.

Triphala is great stuff consisting of 3 types of bitter gooseberry, traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine to purportedly cure whatever ails you. It may not be a panacea, but it is high in vitamin c and great for promoting correct bowel function and regularity.This particular supplement is easy to swallow and there's none of the powdery residue or bitterness you get with other types of triphala supplements.The capsules are alarmingly red (easy to find if you drop one) and fairly small, this easy to swallow.My only negative is that I'm used to taking triphala to work for me in a higher dose than the recommended dose of 1 capsule. 2 sorts me right out and gets my digestive system working properly. So in that respect its not a good value for money for me as 1 bottle will only last me a month.

I have IBS and LPR Reflux and always looking for ways to help ease the symptoms. Raw vegan lifestyle helps but I don't always get to follow it properly so stomach acts out.I was keen to try this out as I had never heard of it before and I am very keen on trying out Ayurvedic supplements.It is very red and hard to miss! Easy to swallow but early days yet. I need to test it out for awhile before deciding how effective it is and if I will purchase another bottle and continue with it.I will be back with an update as it is too soon to tell. But so far I am ok with it.

I regularly suffer bloating and abdominal discomfort, which isn’t very pleasant, and so was willing to try this product.I have been taking, as directed, 1 x capsule per day (with main meal). The capsules are easy to swallow and tasteless, which is good. They do have an aroma, not strong or pungent, and not unpleasant, so no issue.They have reduced, but not stopped, symptoms. Whilst I could up the dose, I’d be reluctant to do that, and as I say, they have eased the situation.All in all, a good product, and not bad value.I hope that you have found this helpful
