I'm really impressed by the quality of the tape. I actually purchased this product to bring my horse back into work after he had a very mild sprain being over exuberant in the field. His physio showed me how to strap his leg for support whilst he was out in the field or being worked.I by chance saw you product when I was actually looking for another companies who aims their tape specifically to horses and after doing a bit more research I couldn't see there was any difference except the price for a near identical product it was about 3 time the cost. So I decided to give it a go and I'm really glad I did I was sceptical about whether it would stick but I've had no problems whatsoever. I made sure when taking it off I went in the same direction as the hair and found that worked really well for not pulling hairs out. And on a completely girly note the purple looked amazing against my black horse! 😁All in all very please and have and will recommend you product to friends. Oh and will be ordering more.

This tape is excellent for injuries. Having struggled with the symptoms of runners knee for a while, I tried a variety of knee braces. However, I didn't always find them effective, and I found running with a strap or a brace around my knee uncomfortable. I decided to try something different and came across this kinesiology tape. This is probably one of the best purchases I've made this year. The downloadable instructions booklet is easy to follow, and the tape is strong and flexible. My knee feels completely supported and I can now run long distance without any pain. At such a reasonable price, I'd definitely recommend trying this product.

Without much experience in the field of kinesiology tape, I can't say this is the best around, but I do know that it's a good and effective product that's reasonably priced.The service from Physix Gear was good too (the only reason for 4 rather than 5 stars is that the e-books about taping wouldn't download for me, but I guess that was a tech failing , possibly even on my part!!)

I badly sprained my ankle about 6 weeks ago, and I am at the stage where I'm looking to get back in to my running. After a few weeks of rest, I went running and found my ankle to be sore after the run.I decided to get try the tape out after hearing about it from some of my running buddies.It is worthwhile looking on Youtube for all the different methods in which you can apply the tape to your ankle.I have been out running gently a few times since getting the tape and it works amazingly well. Without it there is very little chance of me getting out running.The tape is very adhesive and waterproof and will easily stick to your body close to a week.

I woke up one morning to discover that I couldn't move my left shoulder, and only had limited movement from my elbow. I saw a physiotherapist who diagnosed a "frozen shoulder," and he taped my shoulder in 3 directions as part of the treatment.I took a photo so that I could copy the exact positioning of this tape, and used the Physix Gear Sport Kinesiology tape to replace the original myself when it needed changing.The Physix tape was easy to apply, although you need to be careful not to let it stick to itself (like Sellotape). The tape has a backing paper which peels away and I found that it was best to do this a bit at a time to control the application better.It was comfortable when in place and the tape has some elasticity so it gives a little when you move. You need to judge how much you stretch it when applying to the skin, otherwise it can pinch. It also can be removed quite easily, without too much grief, and it didn't leave any residue.I swim regularly and went in a pool wearing the tape as part of my rehabilitation. It stayed in place, but I found that it needed replacing more often if it got it wet.The tape has done its job and I have no complaints but I haven't used other tape, so I can't make any comparisons.The supplier provides lots of support via email although I have to admit not making full use of the guidance as I followed my physiotherapist's advice.I've stopped using it now, but wouldn't hesitate to use it as part of preventative therapy or treatment

I was recommended kinesiology tape by my Pilates instructor for tennis elbow. I had been using a elbow support. The tape arrived the day after ordered and following instructions, applied. Three days on and it has improved the pain and mobility, even after doing some work in the garden. The tape stayed in place and it felt well supported.

Seems to do the job, the only quibble I have ( & and it could be me rather than the product ) is the the ends seem to "curl up" and get bits "hanging off". - using if for Achilles tendon issues. That said the rest of the tape remains stuck to my legs even after showering

The tape is good. I like that the backing paper has lines on it. It means I don't need to find a ruler or measuring tape to work out tape lengths. It's a bit annoying to round the corners off, but the pre-cut tapes are more expensive!!!I have it on my ankle just now. Did it yesterday morning & by afternoon I wasn't feeling pain. I have had 2 showers & it is still going strong.The E-book is great. Was surprised to see one for a bunion.... think my mum might be becoming a guinea pig.So bottom line, so far so good.Many thanks.

L'ho uso per mettere al gomito, si può tenere da qualche giorno sulla pelle. Non ho avuto qualche irritazione dopo aver usato.

I was skeptical about purchasing another tape brand because so many others have sucked but to my surprise, this one actually works! Nice and sticky and stays on the skin. I used it for my achilles and went for a run and it stayed put. Good stretch and the tape layers well, easy to cut. There are no precut strips its all one roll, easy to round out the ends. 10/10 for me.

Nachdem ich bereits verschiedene Tapes ausprobiert habe, bin ich mit diesem hier endlich an ein taugliches geraten! Andere Tapes haben sich bereits nach 5 Minuten Laufen wieder von meinen Knien gelöst, dieses hier hält selbst 1-stündige Läufe problemlos durch, ohne dass sich etwas löst. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und der Versand erfolgte außerdem sehr schnell und problemlos.
