What tune for a 2005 Tahoe 4.8??

Best thing is get it dyno tuned

In my 05 5.3 do i have vvt and will it need 1 bolt or 3 bolt conversion? Does it chop sf idle? Do i need stall?!

Mine went into an 06 5.3l and it was the 3 bolt. The 1 bolt is much older I believe. No vvt on the 5.3l ls motors until maybe 07 and newer where they shut down Cylinders to save gas.
