Is the fibre port 1000base SX OR 1000base FX the spec mentions both?

Ben, Sorry but I cannot access the link you referred to, but the fiber patch lead that connects to the converter has to be multimode and on the converter side it has to be SC the other side needs to be according to what your premises fiber which also needs to be multimode is terminated in.
