Plug and play. Rein passiver Wandler. Eine Seite Glasfaseranschluß rein, andere Seite normales LAN-Kabel zur Fritzbox und schon kann diese auch Glasfaser. Laß dir aber von deinen Anbieter unbedingt die Frequenzbänder/Wellenlänge durchgeben, dann es gibt verschiedenen Ausführungen und die müssen logischerweise zu deinem Anbieter passen, sonst läuft es nicht.

Da ich durch unseren Garten etwa 45 Meter Glasfaser gelegt habe, brauchte ich nun zwei Konverter von RJ45 auf SC. Dieses Produkt kostet rund die Hälfte von vergleichbaren Produkten anderer Hersteller. Ich habe nun also 2 Konverter gekauft und seit etwa 4 Monaten im (Dauer 24/7) Einsatz. Ein par Meßwerte: Pingzeit zwischen meinem Rechner->Switch->Konverter->Glasfaser->Konverter->Switch->anderer Rechner : 0.473ms Übertragungsgeschwindigkeit gleiche Strecke (IPerf) 992Mbit/s (leider limitiert hier meine Netzwerkkarte, jedoch ist das fast volle Geschwindigkeit) Ich kann diese Konverter also nur Empfehlen. 1A Produkt zu einem Preis wo kein anderer Hersteller mithalten kann. Geschwindigkeit, Robostheit und alles anderer Stimmt perfekt. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen Anmerkung 08-01-2014: Bis jetzt bin ich noch immer richtig zufrieden. Kein defekt, kein problem. 1A

Ne ho già diverse unità in altre aziende dove ho curato il progetto e la struttura di rete interna, prodotto di buonissima qualità . Piccolo e robusto, stabile e soprattutto non oppone colli di bottiglia al flusso dati, la gestione automatica dello stream ottico in analisi permette trasferimenti nei valori massima della banda enunciata nelle caratteristiche tecniche del produttore.
