These cars and the packaging were a complete hit. Bought these for my 2 year old nephew for his birthday and out of the many gifts he got this was his favourite. He absolutely loved taking them out of the box and putting them back in (with a little help as they are not quite meant for that and so can get stuck). The quality is fantastic, they seem very durable as were dropped many times without any denting. I love the variety and my nephew enjoyed saying “car” or “neenor” as he took each one out. This gift brought many hours of fun and continue to do so, much to his dads annoyance as his fancy remote control car didn’t get a look in - in fact it got kicked out of the way several times to play with his wooden cars.

Purchased for my 26 month old sons advent calendar to go with a car play mat purchased for Christmas. Does not seem to pay much attention to the play mat but my son loves these cars! Feel solid, beautifully made and the paintwork on ours is finished to a very high standard, my son has a tendency to throw them around a lot including downstairs and they still look like new after one month. The detail of each vehicle is superb and so nice to have a London set to make play traffic jams much more interesting! So impressed plan to purchase again for presents.

We gave these to my son for his 2nd birthday and they have been such a hit! He has absolutely loved them, and I will be buying again for my nephew when he turns 2. They're lovely and really well detailed, sturdy and lovely things to play with. Just the right size for my little one.

I bought this set of toy vehicles to complement the Le Toy Van Playmat and as you would expect they go with it very well. I much prefer 'old school' style toys that are usually made out of wood as oppose to plastic toys, as they have the potential to last longer and be more durable. The quality of these toys is very good indeed, and there is also a good variety of different types of vehicle meaning that you can invent all sorts of different scenarios with your little ones. Something for everyone. At the time of the review my 4 and 2 yr old have played with these toys a lot and really enjoy them, and despite a lot of play-time with them they show very little wear indeed. Being wood they are almost indestructible, but what is particularly pleasing is that the paint has not chipped off at all. They look as good as new! The only bad thing about toys like this is that in the wrong hands they are deadly weapons!! These toys can do some damage if thrown around or somebody gets hit by them, but of course that would be true of all wooden toys. Buy these, they are good!!

These are such lovely sturdy wooden vehicles. My grandson absolutely loves them. Definitely would recommend.

My children love to play with cars and I'm always trying to find them some which are a little different. These fit the bill perfectly. We already had a fire-engine and bus from another Le Toy car set but seeing as they fight over these vehicles constantly I didn't mind having another. They are played with constantly and still look like new (no problems with flaking paint etc).

This is the second purchase of Le Toy Van cars we have bought for our toddler. While these may not be made from solid oak (I believe they are MDF or similar) they are nicely designed, the wheels and axles feel solid and they take a good beating. The packaging was also noticeably presentable and had no unnecessary plastic ties etc. The paint finish is fairly solid but don't expect it to stand up to a few dozens crashes, tosses and rolls across the floor. It will eventually start to wear. What was important for us was the confidence that these items are over engineered to the point loose pieces would not be found by our 1 year old, which I have complete faith in as they are solidly built. These are slightly more expensive than some of the competitors but I fell in love with the design. They have a certain "je nais ce quoi" as their website claims, that some other designs do not. Having already purchased the small 3 piece retro set and the London set, we look forward to expanding the collection in-time for Christmas.

Really lovely little wooden cars. These were bought to go with the early learning centre garage as it doesn't come with many. I wanted to stick to wooden as I think they wear so much better. And they have. No bumps or marks on either the garage or cars. Excellent value for money. Would buy again.

Le descriptif étant un peu contradictoire : ces voitures sont bien en bois ! Elles sont très sympas, légères et très ressemblantes.

These are adorable, high quality wooden cars that seem to fit all the various track systems. My grandson got a couple sets (cars, construction vehicles) from my brother for his birthday and he loves them. Plays with them all the time. I (and he) couldn’t be more pleased! Great brand!

Bonitos, detallados, aunque podrían estar mejor acabados en los orificios de las ruedas. Algunas astillas. Por lo demás , bastante satisfactorio.
