Just the job.
I have tried many insoles in my walking shoes and boots over that past few years. I dog walk for 4 hours a day over moorland. Many other insoles have not been either effective or comfortable. At this price point I’m really impressed, good arch, excellent strike support. Material seems robust, and well made. After the breaking in period these insoles have offered notable pain relief. Very please with purchase. Excellent price.

Helpful support for Plantar Fasciitis sufferers
I bought these to help with Plantar Fasciitis, and they've made walking much more comfortable than using the standard insoles that came with my shoes. The arch support feels firm and supportive, helping to reduce some of the strain on the sole of the foot, especially during longer periods of standing or walking. The cushioning is comfortable without feeling too soft, and they fit well in most of my everyday shoes once trimmed to size. They aren't an instant fix, and it took a few days for my feet to adjust to the extra support. People with very tight-fitting shoes may also find they take up a bit more room than basic insoles. While they haven't completely eliminated foot discomfort, they've provided noticeable support and made daily activities much more comfortable. A good option for anyone looking for additional support when dealing with Plantar Fasciitis.

Decent insoles at decent price
This is the second time I’ve bought these particular insoles as I suffered from plantar fasciitis. It’s not a silver bullet, you need to do some physio and exercises but along with this, they helped to sort it and I’ve kept them ever since. It made sense to buy another set for the new shoes. Comfortable, good quality and easy to size to fit your shoe. Would recommend

Great product and helping with pronation
As I was experiencing some knee pain due to pronation, I was looking for a reasonably priced set of insoles which would help. These had good reviews so I gave them a try. They are definitely working for me - although they felt a little uncomfortable when first worn, after a few days I hardly noticed and a few weeks later I feel they are supporting my feet and correcting the pronation. I'll be buying a couple more sets to go in other shoes.

Feet problems, insoles might not be the right option
I was disappointed by the way the insoles fitted, I believe I got the right size, and I have high arches from being a former dancer as a child, but I felt as if I was walking on a plastic-y flat stone when I put them on. Not sure how many stars are fair here. They are very light. If you have issues with your feet, may I recommend checking out an internet site called the Sock dock? It got me to stop worrying about my problems which eventually disappeared with time. I used insoles on big jobs (I'm a wedding photographer) but otherwise avoid them now. Also, be aware that stress can cause issues in your feet. If you are desperate for a solution (I had plantar fasciitis which fits the bill, but also had M.E. for 30 years) may I offer that you also check out the free videos on the Gupta Amygdala Retraining technique, and pay attention to the parts about automatic thoughts - I think he talks about it in the free videos (find them on youtube or FB) - because even if you don't have fatigue or M.E. this technique might be very useful to you if you feel stressed. Please consider that option rather than hoping the doctors can do something for you, if you have already tried everything of course, before you think about surgery. For issues like plantar fasciitis, I would assume the technique could take some time to make your body less tense, but you could work the technique on the symptoms. I had just a few bits of pain left by the time I started the technique that is helping my M.E. in an amazing way, but after 2 weeks the pain has completely disappeared. As it was on its way out I can't say 100% it's the technique, however, plantar fasciitis being linked to stress and adrenal fatigue, I believe it accelerated the final stages of healing. I had the fasciitis from Feb 14 until Mid december 14, this is the first (and hopefully last) occurence. In case you don't trust the method at least consider doing meditation and yoga to relax, because a tense body will lead to muscles contracting, which creates problems. Good luck, and I hope to never report on orthotic insoles ever again.

Really helps support my painful arches
I was recommended these by my physio for my falling arches. Really helped support my arches and walking is less painful. Just replace insole already in shoe. I got some for my mum with the same foot problem, and she loves them too.

Helped me walk 11 miles without pain
I generally can't stand for 15minutes without pain at the bottom of my feet. Yesterday wearing them I hike for 11miles (5.5hours) before I got any sort of usual pain, so they definitely help! The pain was also really manageable, too. Not as strong as normal if I hike for 6miles or so. Given a four because it got painful after about 3 hours of constant walking on it, but whether this is something that my skin and feet get used it in the future is yet to be seen. Great value for money and definitely good arch support so I'd recommend it - I think it won't hurt as much if you're just standing or doing gentle walks around the workplace so could use it longer.

Works great. You cut it to make it fit your size. Order more and the shipping becomes worth it.

Dubbelkolla storleken
Trodde jag kollade storleken men lyckades beställa för små. Sambon blev glad iaf.

Excellent, low cost insole - I use in cycling shoes
These insoles provide a lot of firm arch support, so much that my feet would be uncomfortable using them in regular shoes or sneakers, but they are extremely comfortable in cycling shoes (it may be surprising but arch support is more important in cycling shoes than running shoes).
