Can a din rail be fitted into this enclosure?

Does this come with hinged screws or not? There appears to be conflicting information.

The screws themselves are not hinged, they become a 'hinge' when partially undone. The heads are held captive to allow the lid to 'hinge' on them. So to use the hinge function - undo and remove the two uppermost screws, them partially undo the lowermost screws to allow the lid to open and rest on them. the lowermost screws can naturally be fully removed to allow the lid to also be fully removed.

Is the internal dimension 300mm x 220 less in the corners due to the lid screw housings? i need to fit in a pcb which 294 in length and 200 in width.
