Fantastic shampoo!
My daughter recently stripped red from her hair and her ash toner had still left her hair very brassy/orange.I bought this due to the blue pigments and after only a minute I could see that brassiness disappearing. We left it on for the 5 minutes and the colour is lovely. Much more like an ash brown. The shampoo left her hair so soft and healthy looking after 1 wash.I would definitely recommend this product!

Smells good, works well
Never used a blue product before but after deciding to lightening my hair at home and going a tad brassy have used this with the matching conditioner and it worked a treat for me toning the brassiness.

Great product
Great product. Careful not to flick hair as blue goes everywhere and can be hard to get off if you leave it

Eliminated orange after hairdresser disaster
Brilliant toner- eliminated orange after hairdresser disaster, each time used helped remove the orange effect. I’ve been using for a couple of months now and makes hair look great

Did not work for me
Unfortunately this did not work for me making no difference on my highlighted hair. I wonder if it only works on bleached hair and not hair highlighted using high lift tint. I did notice that it dried my hair after the first wash despite me using conditioner.

No desired effect
I had dyed my hair with a permanent box dye in a dark brown shade, as the colour naturally faded the colour left behind was a little bit red & I wanted to tone this down as much as possible. I had high expectations with this shampoo but sadly it did not live up to them. Tried several times on wet hair, leaving the shampoo to sit before rinsing, also tried on dry hair with no result. The shampoo left my hair feeling very dry & if anything stripped some of the dye from my hair rather than neutralise brassy tones. Waste of money unfortunately.

Fantastic
Not sure why the mediocre reviews- clearly expecting more than they’ve pay for.The shampoo works very very well for a SHAMPOO. It is not bleach or a colour stripper- however it is the most effective and gentle route to correct colour I’ve found. My hair has been coloured black for years, after bleaching and going red I was left with so many brassy tones as it grew out.For best results I’ve found brushing your hair before showering, wetting hair as your brush and then brushing the shampoo in, leaving for as long as you can and then washing out works best. The after photo is three washes over a week which I’m over joyed about as nothing else I’ve done has touched the brassy colour. Couldn’t recommend more. FYI it is very pigmented to ensure to wash hands and use a dark towel :)
