What is the width of the product? It shows 1.5cm in the description but looks wider.

This is a error in the description, the width is 4.5cm.

Is it white or cream?

It’s off white but not cream more ivory white if that helps

Would this be ideal for little girls dressing up clothes

Yes I think it would. We use it in a room that we rent out - and sometimes have as many as eight hangers worth of clothes hanging from it. I use clear plastic hangers to reduce the weight.

Do you have to screw this into wall, does it leave a damage in the wall after you take it off or not ?

Yes it has to be screwed into the wall using rawplugs (if into brick) or other fixings (for cavity walls etc). It needs to be secure - it has to take the weight of the clothes hanging on it. It will leave a mark when it is removed but the hole should be relatively easy to fill afterwards.
