You know why you're here. Does the job. Good value. FYI, if you're buying this for an ACTUAL cough, my experience finds that really there are no medications that go into the brain and actually STOP you from coughing; codeine, dextromethorphan, whatever. You're better off just sipping honey and tea. For my dextroverse explorers, however, these do have bromine in them, so don't go too crazy.

Works every bit as well as delsyn caplets. Delsyn is so expensive and so hard to find. This is great replacement.

It’s very easy to take and helps with my coughing. It does work for eight hours. A very good value for the money.

Non-drowsy and long-lasting as advertised. I appreciate the flexibility and the price point—this is now my go-to cough suppressant.

When I get sick, the only thing I had found that ever worked for my cough was the Delsym tablets. They have become so hard to find, except through Amazon and they are pricy - especially for all of 20 tablets! THESE are a game changer! They work just as well, if not better than Delsym and the price point is a million times better! 10/10 recommend!

These cough gel works so good. When I start coughing really bad I popped two in my mouth and within 15 minutes my cough is gone. And I don’t have to taste that icky taste that you get from liquid cough medicine.
