All of the products are packaged inside the woven basket. Most of the individual items, such as the wash cloths, diaper changing clutch, are also individually wrapped. As shown in one of the listing photographs, the items are packed flat in the basket (rather than standing up) so they will ship better. I hope this answers your question.

What are the dimensions for the basket?

It's kind of small. Maybe no more that 17" across (Oval). It has a lot of cheap stuff in it. I could have gone to Walmart and bought all this stuff for 1/2 the price. I guess you're just paying for the convenience of not having to build you own basket. Clearly I was disappointed!
