Q: 1. If you find paint won’t come out of the machine sprayer or airbrush not working properly, Why has this happened?

Problems may caused by not tightening the nozzle pressure cap, which may prevent spraying or cause backflow, resulting in continuous bubbling of the paint cup. After replacing the accessories, the pressure nozzle cap needs to be tightened a bit.

Q: 2. Spray gun leaks from around the trigger &amp from behind the paint housing. Why has this happened?

The tail connection of the spray gun is not fully tightened. All accessories must be confirmed to be tightened before use and tested with water first.

Q: 3. If you have clogging issue, there is the problem of "no water out of the air", Why has this happened?

The airbrush were used but not cleaned thoroughly, the outlet may be blocked by dried paint. Gently pull out the needle and wipe the needle clean with a paper towel. Put the needle back where you found it and tighten the hat. Try again the effect.

Q: 4. What type of paint is the airbrush suitable for？

If the paint is water-based paint, it will be suitable for our airbrush set. The water-based paint is easy to clean-up. The solvent based paint would melt all the plastic parts or swell the handle and other rubber parts.

Q: 5. How to use wrench to change tight nozzle when you want to change a different caliber nozzle?

Do not press it in front, as squeezing it will cause the nozzzle to deform. Just insert the end of the wrench and gently tap or pry it to loosen the nozzle. We also uploaded related vedio about how to change the nozzle and needles in detail page.
