We have an old house with solid brick walls that historically suffers with condensation and black mould in the winter on the exterior wall side. We used these and ran a small dehumidifier in the main room + Aired the room (window open v slightly ) for 30 mins every morning with the wardrobe doors open. No condensation of black mould in the built in wardrobe on the exterior wall so far . We bought quite a few of these - they lasted a good 5-6 weeks before they needed changing. We would recommend !

I can’t rate these products enough. After having damp treated in my daughter’s bedroom condensation was still happening and water was still appearing on one of the walls and the inside of the wardrobe. Having used the wardrobe dehumidifiers and the small space dehumidifiers in a chest of drawers the water is collected stopping any damp, mould and that awful mouldy smell. The clothes in the wardrobe (after having to wash the entire contents before) are clean and fresh with no smell. They are easy to use and last for about a month. I am on my second order and will continue ordering these products for as long as I need. I was dubious about ordering them at first but I find they really do work and I am very happy with my purchases. Delivery was really quick too

My review today is for the pack of 6 Wardrobe Dehumidifiers.These are a cost effective start to tackling a small dampness issue – although I would definitely consider using in conjuction with a compressor dehumidifier that you can move around the house to affected rooms. I recommend disposing of full bags and replacing with a fresh one promptly just before the beads run out. Two reasons – firstly, you are not leaving an area without cover by letting the bag sit there beadless and ineffective, and secondly, I don’t think it’s the best move to leave a full bag hanging up any longer than necessary, due to its weight when full of moisture.Efficacy : Well, no doubt about it, they work. You can see the evidence. In my house, a bag lasts about 3 weeks, when used in conjunction with a variety of other dehumidifying equipment around the home. I use these in wardrobes and storage cupboards.Warning : When you have one that is full, pop it straight out in your green bin – whatever you do don’t lie it down on a counter top etc or put it in your kitchen bin because it will leak everywhere. I learned this the hard way.Pros : Efficient, silent, low cost.Cons : Don’t last long.In summary : a handy product for small areas.

Just what I wanted simple to hang in the wardrobe and effective

I relied heavily on other people's feedback when deciding on this product and must concur that it really works!!! Firstly I must stress that the 151 wardrobe dehumidifier does not cure the cause of damp, mildew or condensation, however, what it does do is effectively, quickly and noticeably reduces the moisture that results in the visible signs of damp and the smell of dampness. I use these within wardrobes as well as small rooms and my conservatory and having used them for less than a week, the bags are already collecting moisture and water. I have even hung them behind curtains on the curtain pole bracket to lessen the condensation build up on windows and I am definitely not disappointed with the results. They are a very cost effective way to reduces the problems of damp and condensation and would thoroughly recommend them!

My wife uses these all the time. Tried other makes but none seem to match up. Great in the clothes cupboard and at the back of your curtains, it's amazing how much water they collect, all round, five stars every time.

Initially we bought a small pack of hanging wardrobe dehumidifiers (I think either 1 single dehumidifier or a 2 pack) as a tester to try and reduce dampness in our "walk in wardrobe" (aprox 8ft by 6ft) after noticing mould developing on shoes and clothing.The wardrobe is situated between a bedroom and bathroom and is unventilated without leaving both doors open - and unfortunately due to its close proximity to the bathroom is subjected to a lot more moisture than is ideal for an unventilated environment.I was amazed to notice that after a day there was already a relatively large build up of water collected in the dehumidifier. Unfortunately the first dehumidifier we had was slightly defective and all of the absorbent "crystals" fell into the water and dissolved premiturely. We were so impressed by the difference the first packet made (sad I know) this didn't stop us trying them again and we have had one in the room constantly since. The one pictured has been in for 2/3 weeks and needs replacing soon, however this is expected in an area of high humidity and would have otherwise been absorbed by our clothes!I have tried hanging one in my incredibly damp car for a few weeks (out of desperation) which didn't prove successful.We have also put one in the conservatory over Christmas to try and absorb some of the condensation and avoid damp. This hasn't absorbed as much as in the wardrobe or the puremate electric dehumidifier and 2 Unibond humidity absorbers I also have in the conservatory (it's really not enjoying the winter weather) but some water is still present.Not the most attractive product, granted, and I wish they were reusable however I'm really impressed and will continue using these dehumidifiers alongside my unibond as long as we stay here.

Funzionano parecchio per ciò che riguarda l’assorbire umidità dell’armadio. Sono anche pratici e facili da appendere.

Es la segunda compra que hago de este producto, vivo en una zona con mucha humedad al lado del mar. Antes de tener esto tuve algún problema con la humedad dentro de los armarios, con esto no me ha vuelto a pasar. Dependiendo de la humedad te durarán mas o menos tiempo, pero si quieres estar tranquilo, es algo necesario dentro de tu armario, voy por el segundo y me parece que no será el último.

Un produit vraiment formidable et de longue durée. Permet de capter l'humidité des armoires pour éviter les éventuelles odeurs de moisi.Fonctionne très bien aussi pour les armoires à chaussures. Le système de suspension est très pratique

Las hemos colgado en un armario que tiene bastante humedad debido a una filtración en el techo. Han durado muy poco, así que no puedo dar mucha más información.Recogieron mucha agua pero en un tiempo récord debido al alto grado de humedad.
