Always a favourite
Can't go wrong with Red Leicester cheese, been using this for years. It is such a versatile cheese, it can be used in so many ways, in cooking, sandwiches, or as a snack. I mean the minute you open the Red Leicester cheese it's hard not to snack on it.There is no negative. Red Leicester is one of my old-time favorite cheeses, l fully recommend it for flavour. It's hard to say about value for money as so much has gone up in price now but if you take into consideration the fact it can be used in so many ways I would say it's good value. If you are able to grate the block it makes it go a lot further and still retains that lovely taste.
