Very good sun cream and great for protecting your skin tattoo art

Smells really good , and it's good coverage

I was specifically looking for a tattoo-focused sun screen, that also happened to be vegan and cruelty free, so understandably the choices were pretty slim. I wore this on a new arm tattoo all week whilst in Greece at 30 degrees, and I did not get sunburn so one can only assume it was doing it's job. Went on the skin well, nice and think. A little expensive, but given the cost of a tattoo, it's worth it.

I delayed writing my review until I'd had a chance to fully try this product. The weather was too cold when I initially bought it. However, now that I have been able to use this product several times, I can say that I'm very impressed with it. It has a pleasant smell, it soaks into your skin completely without leaving any white residue over your tattoos and a little bit goes a long way. It has given my two arm tattoos excellent sun protection and they are still very black. The ink protection technology in the suncream really works and is greatly appreciated. I wouldn't want to use any other tattoo suncream now and I thoroughly recommend it. It's worth so much more than it costs.

Now I have a colourful sleeve I'm obsessive about applying suncream before going out. This one I prefer as its SPF 50 and goes on nicely and smells ok too. Then I just carry a solid stick to top up in the day if I need to. Edit to add: My only complaint is that it leaves a bit of a white layer over my skin so my tats don't look as vibrant as they are. I will probably try a different product when this runs out.

I personally bought this to protect my semi-permanent make-up from the sun. I bought spf 30 last year but I believe by using spf50 the next touch-up will surpass a year.
