Product is fine - shipping is awful
The product appears to be fit to do the job but these were shipped in a plastic bag - internationally! Both baffles were cracked and broken around all the edges. These are fragile! Why they don't use proper packing material is puzzling. Returned for refund (thankfully), but what a waste.
