Good value with 2 whistle tones

This is a very handy little whistle. It's certainly loud, a bit embarrassingly loud at times, but it gets the dogs attention. I bought this because in the past the little metal dog whistles I have bought have rusted or fallen appart and I just wanted something sturdy. It is made of good solid weatherproof material and i dont have to worry about it getting wet. The lanyard is great and i am very happy with it appart from the loud bit......

Excellent quality and effective training aid. I need to get a few more as its that effective. I carry one in my dog walking bum bag for when my Puppy is off lead but now she's got so used to it she won't really respond when she's called in from the garden, so make sure you alternate your commands between whistle and voice / hand signal. So now I need on to hang on the back door.This whistle is great quality plastic. It is strong, sturdy and high grade of plastic that will be robust and last years.Each end has little ridges which make it comfortable to grasp in your lips or teeth if you keep it in your mouth. Both ends are different shapes so it feels different in your mouth so you don't need to look at it to work out which end you're blowing.The two diffenet shaped ends create two different pitches of whistle. The dog can learn to differentiate between the two for seperate commands.The whistle itself is very loud if you blow hard but you can make it quieter and it works well for me r closer work. But the loudest I can blow will catch the attention of my dog fields away.The lanyard is comfortable around the skin of my neck.I'm glad I got this.

Puppy responds to this much better than an Acme 210.5. Yes it’s louder, but he can hear it above distractions and it is only as loud as you make it. I use the smaller end for a cocker spaniel. The larger end might be better for a bigger dog perhaps. Robust and durable and lanyard is reflective.

I am using this whistle to train a Labrador Retriever. The whistle has a simple and sturdy plastic construction. It has 2 fixed frequencies, selected by blowing through the mouthpiece at one or the other end of the whistle. Each mouthpiece has ridges to allow the whistle to be gripped between your teeth, freeing your hands for other tasks. The tones are sharp, clear, and loud. The integrated lanyard holds the whistle around your neck when not in use. Good product.

Il fait son job et on apprécie le long cordon qui permet de le fixer ou de le retrouver facilement dans une poche. Ne se cassera pas facilement le plastique semble robuste.Après c’est à vous de jouer de vos talents de dresseur en espérant que votre chien coopère facilement :-)

Our elderly dog went deaf we tried this to see if she could hear it, she could not but it performed as advertised.

Did not work as i expected. One side did not work and the other side was working 50/50. Would not recomand this product.
