Mine was pretty much like that. Very colourful. I had to wash it after it was hit by seagull poo. Washed well and no colour loss.

Has the bag a waterproof lining inside

What are the dimensions with and without the strap?

Hi, I dont know the dimensions of the bag. To give you an idea of size, an A4 folder will fit in the bag and the straps are roughly 1.5 x times the size of the bag. Depending on your height, at 5.7" the bag is roughly hip length. Hope this helps.
