Worth a purchase
Good machine for the price, has plenty of power. The only thing I could do without is the buttons on arms, when I saw them there before I purchased thought it might be handy but found if you put your hands on the arms to rest the buttons are very sensitive and the speed goes up or down or the incline goes up or down. But overall very happy with the purchase. We use it everyday.

It’s a winner. Pleasantly surprised.
Pleasantly surprised. I’m a fatty and I can jog on this thing, it’s so sturdy. Even inclined. It appears to be more heavy duty than many of its competitors. It inclines, is programmable and has heart rate monitors, controls for speed and incline on the handles. Folds up and wheels easily enough. Zero problems since purchased last summer. I had never heard of this brand, but I am glad I didn’t go with the Nordictrack with the smaller motor.

6ft tall, 260 pounds
I am in love with this treadmill and have been using it for about a month. It runs just like the ones at the gym. I am very glad I spent the extra money. I used to own a small, narrow walking treadmill but quickly learned that the narrow ones hurt my knees and do not go very fast. This treadmill has enough width and a good bounce when running so my plantar fasciitis never flares up. It runs very smooth and the speed is accurate. I am also in love with the ease of folding it up and down. The package it came in as very large and very heavy. I almost needed a second person to help get it out of the box but I managed. Again, this is a gym quality treamill IMO. Very happy with purchase.

Good customer service
After almost five months of spare use, the belt started to drag. It would not even move at low speed settings, made a clicking sound and after 20-25 minutes it would smell of electrical burning. I contacted the manufacturer, and after a few days of back and forth, they sent me a free replacement motor. It was pretty easy to swap out.It runs quietly except for when I step on the belt about 6 inches from the left edge of it. When my left foot lands in that position, the surface below the belt makes an annoying clacking noise.Assembly was straight forward, and I am satisfied with its functionality. I just hope that it doesn’t require repair again any time soon.

received with defective board but now working well
We've had our Borgusi treadmill working for almost a month. The treadmill was delivered with a defective Safety Key lock circuit board (it was missing a component), so it wouldn't start. I contacted Borgusi support via email and the support people were very nice, responsive and helpful. It took several emails back and forth, emailing some pictures, and some additional investigation by me. Support eventually determined that the Safety Key Lock board was defective and offered to send a replacement which arrived quickly (and sent a link for a how to fix this issue video). Thankfully, Support was correct and since I'm familiar with circuit boards and fittings that plug into boards, I was able to fix the problem. The board was missing an adapter. There's a lot to like about the this treadmill: 1. it's streamlined design and size which for our limited space is perfect, 2. quiet running, 3. many features, 4. strong motor, and good price/value for cost. Things to be aware of: 1. the treadmill arrives in a very large box (it was packed well for its journey from China), 2. the box is heavy, 3. the Support team is located in China and you communicate with them by email so there is a time difference (but Support did respond very quickly), 4. if there is a problem with the treadmill, it could be an issue if it needed to be returned to China.Hopefully, our treadmill will not have any additional problems going forward. We really like it and it seemed like the best choice for size and features within its category and price range. Taking everything said into consideration, I would recommend Borgusi and this treadmill provided it continues to work well.

Very impressed; would order again.
3 day delivery! Very well packaged. My assembly crew (son and grandson) said it took longer to unbox than to put together; they also said it was very easy to put together. Gave it a test walk and like the incline and speed controls on the arms; am very impressed with my new treadmill.

Nice!
Nice elegant design and a quiet treadmill. The third party seller provided great service after the product was damaged in transit

REVISED - Damaged and defective on arrival :(
UPDATE: the seller reached out within 24 hours and sent a video explaining how to fix the incline issue. It worked and has been working great since then. Additionally, the seller offered to refund a small amount for the crack in the plastic, which I feel is quite generous since the crack is relatively small and does not impede the function of the treadmill. I thought there was an issue with the "program" feature, but it turns out I was just doing it wrong. All in all, I am more than impressed with the customer service I've received and would 100% buy the treadmill again. I love the incline, the belt is roomy and solid, with a rough texture that adds traction for safety. The cup holders are large and accommodate my favorite 30oz water bottle, and the machine is responsive and solid in general.I felt good about this purchase after reading all the great reviews, but my unit came damaged (a crack in the plastic next to the screen) and defective (incline went up but will not go back down and the program button does nothing). I've reached out to the seller and will update if/when it's made right, but for the cost and effort getting this treadmill into my basement I'm feeling pretty distressed. Buy at your risk, there really needs to be a better process for delivering large, heavy, electronic items while still managing quality control.
