These are perfect headphones for anyone who listens to anything while falling asleep. I have tried other brands and none of them have the quality these do. They are super easy to connect, The sound quality is unbeatable, they are totally comfortable and the charge lasts a long time. I've purchased 3 pair; one for my daughter and two for me.

Used last night with ocean sounds on in the background and I slept so peacefully. I woke up at 6am and it had moved up on my head but other than that, I love this thing. I think the data speaks for itself. I’m attaching photos of my sleep timeline from last Sat night and from this Sat. with the headband. The orange spots are the times I woke up during the night. Also I can connect it to my firestick if I wanted and the sound is really good but I chose the more peaceful route last night. It’s very comfortable and I’m a side sleeper, not too tight, no headaches, only slips upward a little if you move a lot in your sleep but I didn’t notice til morning and I can put earplugs in my ears as well if needed with no issues.

I’m an avowed podcast and audiobook addict, and often turn to this media to calm me when I am having trouble sleeping. I don’t like using my AirPods or my wrap around headphones, because both are uncomfortable to use in a situation where I might fall asleep. These MUSICOZY sleep headphones are the perfect solution. You wear them like a headband, the control interface is a small, low profile box high up on the forehead area, and the fabric is soft and cozy. It is hard to gauge battery life, as I often fall asleep with them powered on, but I have not found that I need to charge more than about once a week.The only drawback of these headphones is that the maximum volume is not too impressive. With certain audio sources, such as the streaming headphone output from my Roku app, this can make content difficult to hear well.For the price, I am well pleased with these.

LIFE CHANGING SLEEP DEVICE!Like omg this thing makes me sleep so heavyyyIt's really comfortable to wear, hugs my head nicely, and you can push the speakers back into place if they get a little out of sort. The sound quality is impressively good, and connect to devices extremely fast. Even after several months of use from someone who constant rolls in their sleep like a 7/11 hotdog, it's still in GREAT conditionBattery life is also AMAZING, and the sound surprisingly doesn't leak too badlyOnly negatives I would say is that there's not really an easy way to clean it, it gets a bit uncomfortable in warmer temperatures, and that it definitely doesn't block out sound very well.

I have a bigger head (My hat size is a bit over 23 inches), so getting this thing on or off over my eyes always felt like a tighter fit than it honestly should be, and it doesn't feel that great trying to sleep with it since it feels like it's pressing over my nose's ridge the whole time, as well as over my brows. It's not *impossible* to sleep with it under these conditions, but I would rather find something better for this specific purpose.If it's any better during exercise where it's *not* over my eyes, I could not tell you, I use different headphones for that.In terms of the bluetooth headphone functionality, I had no problems with it whatsoever. The sound is perfectly fine, and I was able to sleep on my side with it with no trouble or discomfort (the tightness of the headband notwithstanding). No complaints with the battery life, but the charging takes a long time with the included cable. You can use a higher powered cable to decrease the charge time, but I imagine the battery or something is going to give out after doing it enough times.It's fine for this price point, especially if your head is smaller than mine (which it probably is). For me, though, I think I'll keep this one as a back up and find something more comfortable.

My husband had gifted me the adjustable bad sleep version. I never listen to anything when I go to sleep, but I do always wear a sleep mask. I found that I use it for some meditation/hypnosis sessions prior to bed, and I like to have light blocked out when I do so. Make it nice for that. But I decided I wanted something similar that I could wear when I dont want to cover my eyes. I looked to see if Music Cozy had any, and sure enough they do.The unit inside (speaker plus control box) absolutely can all come out. I find it easier on this than the sleep one I have. They also carry just the unit itself for purchase.I'm pleased with the sound. Really sounds pretty darn good. And the comfort. Just feels like a lightweight headband, something I already often wear. It does not feel like there are speakers in it. Would be totally unnoticeable if this head band had the controls at nape of neck instead of at forehead.Anyway, I dont use earbuds, and this is so much nicer. Not sure how it holds up to sweat, but we will find out.I have a big head, 23.75", and this fits fine. Plenty of stretch, doesnt feel tight to me. I put it on and adjusted it first to situate on my ears, then I put rest into place. I think this might be a spot of trouble for some people.Noise cancellation? It really isnt that style. I can definitely hear the music just fine, and it supersedes anything else in the room. But I am not blocked from the sounds around me. When I have this going and take it off, I dont hear sounds coming from it. That is nice to know.. that only I can hear what I am listening to. So yeh, it has to be directly on ears. Wont hear anything with band around neck or something.Going with 5 stars because it meets or exceeds my expectations.
